Conversion tub to walk in shower
Josiah was excellent. Very professional and cordial at all times. Bathroom left totally picked up. He was very informative. He knows his business perfectly Thank you for all your help. Office was very helpful throughout our project.
Great experience
The whole process was great from Jake coming to our house and providing a quote to an minimum weekly updates from Maurice to Doug installing our new shower last week. He was great he was polite and very knowledgeable he explained the process before he started and kept me updated during the demo of the old shower and the installation of the new shower. His attention to detail was off the charts and when completed he had cleaned up and you never knew he was there. Upon completion we inspected the finished product and he explained the cleaning instructions. All in all a great experience.

Shower Remodel
Jake, the Optum sales person, was very knowledgeable, courteous & professional. He spent plenty of time with us, looking at our existing shower and explaining the design options, product choices and project time frame. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the process. He did a great job.
Faded
The new bronze color really makes the windows pop and the specially tinted glass helps with heat so much more than I could have imagined!
New Vinyl
I had old aluminum windows and did not realize how much better vinyl was now. After meetining the design cuinsultant and doing a heat test I realized I needed an upgrade. The new windows and doors look amazing!
Cracks
I had bad windows that were leaking and letting warm air in. The design consultant helped me realize that they were cracking around the window. When the new windows got put in they cut past the cracks and applied new stucco to those areas!
Patio Doors
I had 4 new patio doors put in and it makes my patio so much nicer and energy effecient! They even put in new ramps for my walker to easily roll over instead of having to lift it up and over!
More Space
Love having the walk in back without the door and taking up more room helps feel less crowded!
